  • I made a personal size using 1 cup of cooked brown rice, 1 scrambled egg, 1 tsp lite soy sauce and 1 tablespoon chopped cooked onion. I added a broccoli floweret and 1 tablespoon yellow squash and it was a delicious meal. - 7/17/08
