2 cups cooked white rice
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 cup of Splenda sugar substitute
Mix cooked rice with can of evaporated milk and cook for 20 minutes. Rice will be fluffy, but stick together. Add Splenda to taste (recipe calls for 1/4 cup, but that is a guess). Optional addin: cinnamon to taste.
Cooking time includes making the rice.
Makes about 10 servings (1/4 cup serving size), which is how the calculations determined.
