Ingredients

    Oats, .75 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Banana, fresh, 1.5 medium
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Splenda, 1 tsp
    Skim Milk, 1 cup
    Cinnamon, 1 dash

Directions

Mash the banana and add in all remaining ingredients, cook on med. until oats are cooked through, and it is as thick or runny as you want it to be.
