Ingredients

5 large Carrots, chopped
1/2 green cabbage, chopped
1/2 red Cabbage, chopped
Onion, cut
Celery, cut
Green Pepper, cut
1 lg can tomatoes
1 pkg onion soup mix
Water, 4 cups (or enough to just cover veggies)
add pepper to taste
Directions
Cut all vegetables and add more or less of your favorites! Add everything to a large pot and simmer for 2 hours. This is so yummy!!!
