Potato salad

Ingredients

    7 lg potatoes
    10 Tbsp Mayo
    1/2 c frozen peas
    1 c radish slices
    1 c chopped green onion
    3 lg hard boiled eggs
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cut potatoes into bite size peices and boil. Boil eggs: peel and slice. Cook peas and drain. Mix mayo, peas, onion,2 eggs and radish slices in bowl: season to taste. Fold in potatoes. Mix well and garnish with remaining egg slices.
