    7 med potatoes
    4 hard boiled eggs
    1 c frozen peas
    10 Tbsp Hellmans reduced fat mayo
    1/2 c diced onion
    1 c sliced radish
    Salt and pepper to taste


Boil potatoes and eggs together to save mess. Peel both. Slice potatoes, add to large bowl with diced onion, radish, and peas. Fold in mayonaise and season to taste. Garnish with egg slices.
