Spicy Sesame Noodle Salad

Introduction

I love this Salad for BBQ or Potlucks. We'll also use it with a Chicken breast to replace dinner. Great flavours.
Originally from epicurious, but I've changed it by adding rice or glass noodles.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Lime Juice, .5 cup
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Orange Peel, 1 tbsp
    *Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepper
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated
    *Green Beans French style, 2 cup
    Green onions, 1 cup, chopped
    Rice Noodles, 2 cup

Directions

Stir together first 8 ingredients. Let stand overnight if possible, at least 30 minutes.
Cook or thaw green beans slightly. (2 minutes max).
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
I like a very thin gated carrot, as I think it looks more elegant.
Combine all ingredients, season to taste. cover and chill.
