2 or 3 larger yellow squash cup milk 1 or 2 eggs 1 package of shredded mild cheese salt and pepper
slice squash into small pieces and bring to a boil until soft, add salt(but not too soft). Drain water and place squash into shallow baking dish. Add 1 cup of milk onto the squash-equally. Optional: add one or two eggs for thickness. Lastly add shredded cheese on top. Bake on 350 for about 30 mins until desired thickness occurrs.
