Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp. flax seed meal
    3 Tbsp. applesauce,unsweetened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. oats, uncooked
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. raisins(optional not included in total)

Directions

Combine flax, applesauce, sugar and egg. Add oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and milk. Stir in raisins. Pour into a small, greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. Serve warm with milk and cinnamon. Try subbing rest of oil with applesauce.
