Ingredients

    28 oz can whole tomatoes
    2 jalapenos
    1/4 cup onion
    pinch of cilantro
    garlic salt (dump n taste optional not in nutritional facts)

Directions

in a blender mix jalapeno and onion until chopped add tomatoes blend again. add cilantro and garlic salt blend

  • I add a pinch of lemon juice and used only 1 whole jalapeno (the other I take out the seeds) to tame the heat. I also use sea salt and fresh cracked peppercorn. - 8/5/08
