Asparagus and Red Cabbage Coleslaw



Introduction

Ingredients


    1/2 a small head of Red Cabbage, sliced thinly

    1/2 small Red Onion - sliced thinly

    40 Asparagus spears, cut into 2" diagonals

    30 "spritzs" of Hellmann's Salad Spritzers - Asian Silk flavor

Directions

Cut Asparagus into 2" pieces on diagonal and steam until just begining to become tender - about 2 minutes. Plunge into ice water to stop cooking and place into serving dish.

Thinly slice both Red Cabbage and Red Onion and place with asparagus.

Spray with 30 spritz of Hellmann's Asian Silk Salad Spritzer.

Refridgerate until ready to serve.

Makes 4 - 1 cup servings
