1 can of plum tomatoes,
dash of salt
2tsp worcestershire sauce
any other vegetable you wish to add
sugar 1/2 tsp optional(can be used to counteract the tartness of the tomatoes)
slice zucchini/courgette and add to pan
add salt and worcestershire sauce.
At this point you can add any other vegetable/s you like just be sure to allow them enough cooking time(ie for fresh carrots I would boil them for 5/6 mins first)
You can also add 1/2 tsp of sugar at this point. But remember adding to the recipe will change the nutritional values of it.
simmer for 15 mins and serve.
