Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

Introduction

Absolutely wonderful on hot summer days! Absolutely wonderful on hot summer days!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups diced cantaloupe
    1 cup yogurt
    2 tsp. grated ginger root

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender; blend well. Chill for at least an hour -- the longer you chill the soup the thicker & creamier it gets.
