Peel a Pound Soup

Introduction

This is a great, healthy soup that is easy to make! This is a great, healthy soup that is easy to make!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    5 large Carrots, chopped
    1/2 green cabbage, chopped
    1/2 red Cabbage, chopped
    1/2 Onion, cut
    6 stalks Celery, cut
    1 Green Pepper, cut
    1 med Zucchinni, Cut
    1 lg can tomatoes
    1 pkg onion soup mix
    Water, 8 cups (or enough to just cover veggies)
    add pepper and parsley to taste

Directions

Cut all vegetables and add more or less of your favorites! Add everything to a large pot and simmer covered for 2 hours. This is so yummy and you get a lot of soup for a low calories and fat!!!
