Beef and Veggie stroanoff

Introduction

Meal in one including your veggies. Kids love it. Can be eaten with or with out noodles. Meal in one including your veggies. Kids love it. Can be eaten with or with out noodles.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb stew meat or round beef tip
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    1 can beef gravy
    1/2 cup sour cream
    8oz dried whole wheat noodles

Directions

In a dutch oven saute the meat and all veggies until the meat is cooked thru and the veggies are tender. Once meat is cooked add broth and let simmer aout 10 minutes . Then remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve over noodles.

Makes 6 servings. 1/2 CUP NOODLES 1/2 VEGGIES AND MEAT
