Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

    1 tsp. Oregano
    1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
    6 chicken breast halves, no bone
    1 Tbs. Olive Oil
    3 Tbs. Lemon Juice
    1 Garlic Clove, minced
    1 tsp. Chicken Bouillon granules
    1 tsp. Parsley

Directions

1. Mix oregan and black pepper, sprinkle over chicken.
2. In large, non-stick skillet, using medium heat, brown chicken evenly on both sides using olive oil.
3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken, bringing to an even boil.
4. Pour skillet contents in slow cooker, cover and cook six hours.
