2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp black mustard seeds
2 Tbsp Urad dal
1" piece of Ginger
1 small jalapeno
1/4 cup Dry roasted Cashew (optional)
Salt 1 tsp
For a variation you can fry 1 chopped onion also.
