Introduction

This mix is the perfect blend of carbs and protein. With the dried fruit, nuts, Cherrio's and pretzels, it's perfect for after a good workout. This mix is the perfect blend of carbs and protein. With the dried fruit, nuts, Cherrio's and pretzels, it's perfect for after a good workout.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3 oz. dried mango, chopped
    1.5 oz dried cherries, chopped
    1/3 c. dried pineapple, chopped
    3 mini bags of Cheez-Itz Gripz
    2 c. Multi-Grain Cheerios
    2 c. Goldfish Pretzels
    1.3 oz sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. almonds
    1/2 c. peanuts

Directions

Add all ingredients to large bowl. Stir. Separate into 16 mini snack baggies.

Each serving is about 1/2 cup, maybe a little more. I just divided it evenly into 16 baggies until it was all gone.
