Ingredients

    1 Package Yellow Cake Mix (the nutrition for this recipe was calculated with the new Pillsbury reduced Sugar mix)
    1 Can (15 oz) Libby's Canned Pumpkin
    2/3 Cup Sugar
    2 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Eggs Substitute
    1/3 Cup Water
    1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 Tsp Cinnamon
    1 Tsp Nutmeg
    1/2 Tsp Cloves (I played around with the spices, feel free to use what you like)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 10-in fluted tube pan coated with NonStick Cooking Spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan to cool completely.
