Chewy Mango Granola Cake Bar



Introduction

Wheat free, chewy, hybrid of a cake and just amzingly guilt free for a huge portion... you gotta make it to believe it! Wheat free, chewy, hybrid of a cake and just amzingly guilt free for a huge portion... you gotta make it to believe it!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    50 grams of Quick Oats ( approx. 1/2-1 cup)
    1 tsp Honey
    100 grams of Mango (approx 1/2 cup cubed)
    2 tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Unslted Butter (can be substituted with any nut butters)
    1/8 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Olive Oil (can be substituted with canola oil)
    1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Directions

Put the oats, cinnamon, brown sugar (1 tbsp) and salt in one bowl. Put the honey, butter and olive oil in a different bowl. Mix in the mango in the dry ingredient bowl and mash until there are tiy chunks of mango. Put the wet ingredients in the bowl with the mashed mango and mix together. Place on a tin tray and sprinke brown sugar on top. Toast it in a toaster for 5 mins and cut in half. Then flip it very carefully and toast it for another 5 mins. Let it cool. Dig In!!! enjoy..
