Green Chili Cheese Chicken Pasta

Introduction

Originally I made this green chili chicken as a dip for tortilla chips. I found that it is also great as a main dish when used with any pasta. Originally I made this green chili chicken as a dip for tortilla chips. I found that it is also great as a main dish when used with any pasta.

Ingredients

    4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1 12 oz pkg Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1 can La Victoria Green Enchilada Sauce
    Pasta any variety

Directions

Place chicken and enchilada sauce in sauce pan with lid. Heat and bring to a boil. Simmer until chicken is tender and easy to shred. Add cream cheese and stir until completely melted. Serve over cooked pasta or use a as a dip with chips!
