Introduction

This is just the filling. You will have to figure for whatever crust you use. This is just the filling. You will have to figure for whatever crust you use.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2/3 cup sugar
    1 quart blackberries,
    2-1/2 T. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 recipe crust
    Topping
    1/3 cup flour
    2-1/2 T powdered sugar
    1.75 T. butter

Directions

Combine sugar, flour and salt.; toss with blackberries and put into pie shell of your choice. Top with a lattice crust if desired and bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Then at 350 for 45-50 minutes. makes enough for one 9-inch pie.
