Ingredients

    * *Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 9 oz (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    * *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 cup (remove)
    * Low fat cream cheese, 100 grams (remove)
    * Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    * Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * Chicken Thigh, 3 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)

Directions

Poach thighs in stock and herbs for 20 mins,
Bash and shred
Cook pasta
Combine all ingredients
Sprinkle parmesan on top
Bake 25 mins at 200.
