Introduction

This makes 2 servings of 2 pancakes each. This makes 2 servings of 2 pancakes each.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/2 scoop whey protein powder
    1 tbsp flaxseed

Directions

Blend in the blender and ladle 1/3 cups per pancake onto nonstick pan over medium high heat. Cook until golden brown on each side. Serve w/teaspoon of lite syrup and small amount of smart balance spread. Add strawberries and blueberries for a total of 300 calorie breakfast treat!
