Chicken Salad

Ingredients

    1/2 C. lite mayo
    1 Tbl. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 C. chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
    2 celery stalks chopped (about 1 cup)
    1 C. seedless green grapes

Directions

Mix mayo, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Toss with chicken, celery and grapes. Refrigerate. Makes 4 servings.
