This one she drinks as is.
I add a spoon of protein powder

Ingredients

    1c sliced peaches, fresh or frozen
    3/4c raspberries, fresh or frozen
    1/2c blackberries, fresh or frozen
    1c plain non-fat yoghurt
    1c non-fat raspberry yoghurt
    1c ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend using pulse button until large "clunks" of ice are mere "clicks".
Makes 3 large or 6 small servings.
