2 cups raw kidney beans
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp bacon fat
1 small onion
Bake @ 325-350 for several hours, keeping beans just barely covered with water.
May be "Baked" in a slow cooker, same instructions.
