Chicken Salad

Submitted by: STAR_FLOWER

Introduction

This is a healthier version of chicken salad that my mom sometimes makes. The little bit of ranch gives it a nice flavor not found in a traditional chicken salad. Very good! I added extra celery, grapes and 1 c. of peas to help it go further. It was really good. For supper one night I ate it with lettuce and made it a meal. I will make it again! - 8/4/08
