4 small red potatoes 1 cup onions 14 oz. Smoked Beef Sausage 1 Tbs. garlic powder 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 cup chiken broth
Wash potatoes and chop into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place in a 9"x9" casserole. Chop onions and strew on top. Cut sausage into 6 roughly equal pieces and arrange on top. Sprinkle with seasonings. Add chiken broth, and cover with plastic wrap. Pierce plastic wrap in 4 or 5 places. Place in microwave and cook on high for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
