Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 Boneless, skinless Chicken breast, cooked and sliced
    1 zucchini
    1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    1.5 cup carrots, sliced
    1 cup onion, chopped
    2 cup spinach, shredded
    8 cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 can Diced Tomatos
    2 cans Chicken broth
    1 cup Dried Lentils
    1 tsp crushed fennel seed
    2 Tbsp Black Pepper
    2 Tbsp Dried Basil
    1 Tbsp Oregano

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a Crock Pot. Cook for 4-6 hours on high heat.
