Ingredients

1 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup 1% Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup salsa
Directions
Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Mix egg and cottage cheese with a whisk, pour into pan. Make scrambled eggs as usual. When almost finished, add salsa and cheese.
