Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 cup canned mushroom, sliced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions

mix beef and parmesan. roll into 1 oz balls. Brown meatballs in small skillet may need to add water to pan to help cook., When pan is dry again and pan drippings are brown add soup and mushrooms. simmer stirring to get up all drippings. add water to adjust gravey thickness. Simmer for 30 to 40 min.
