High Protein Puddin' Pops

Ingredients

1 package Jell-O sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding mix, any flavor
1 cup skim milk
1 cup cold water
1 cup cottage cheese
Optional: 1 cup of fruit (banana, strawberry)
Variations:
Vanilla and strawberries
Chocolate and banana
Directions
In a blender, puree all ingredients until pudding starts to thicken. Pour into popsicle molds, placing popsicle stick half way into mixture. Place in freezer for at least one hour before serving. makes 8 popsicles. 2 popsicles per serving
