Introduction

Really crispy chicken, moist and tender. Really crispy chicken, moist and tender.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    chicken breasts (4)
    onion powder 1 tbsp
    garlic powder 1 tsbp

    Sprinkle spice and salt and pepper on both sides of each breast.

Directions

Put chicken breasts on a broiler pan into an oven @ 425 degrees for 20 minutes, turn it over bake for 20 minutes, turn heat down to 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Pan should be on middle rack. This makes the best crispy chicken.
