Quick Pizza for One

Introduction

Delicious, low fat, high fiber pizza in a snap! It was so good I had to share :o) Delicious, low fat, high fiber pizza in a snap! It was so good I had to share :o)

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    1 - 12" Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1/2 c Chunky Salsa
    50g Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    1/2 c Black Beans

Directions

Preheat oven to 450

Lightly spray cooking spray on both sides of tortilla shell; bake for 5 mins & remove from oven

Meanwhile:

Fry Salsa (reduce liquid) & Black Beans till warm

Spread warm salsa/bean mixture on crispy tortilla; cover with mozzarella

Bake for another 3 mins or till cheese is melted.

Remove from oven; cool & enjoy!
