Ingredients

    6 boneless chicken breast halves (cut into chunks)
    1 small red & 1 small green pepper (cut into thin strips)
    1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed Southwest style pepper jack soup, undiluted
    1/2 cup chunky salsa
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    4 cups hot cooked brown rice

Directions

In 3-quart slow cooker, combine chicken, peppers, soup, salsa, and chili powder. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken juices run clear. Serve with rice - 6 servings.
