Spam Boiled Dinner

Ingredients

    1 12-oz. can Hormel SPAM, cut into 16 equal pieces
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 medium-size head fresh cabbage (5-3/4" dia), cut in wedges
    1 1-lb. package fresh baby cut carrots
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning
    1 1/2 c. water

Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker set on medium. Let cook 3-8 hours, depending on how well cooked you want the vegetables and your personal time frame. If you like it soupier, add more water.

Makes 4 hearty (about 3 cup)servings.
