Introduction

high protein, low fat . high protein, low fat .
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 cans of bush's or any black beans
    1.2 lbs of honeysuckle italian style ground lean turkey
    bell pepper, garlic and green onion
    add salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

saute veggies in a teaspoon of olive oil or pam cooking spray
brown meat then add beans. Simmer beans for 15 min. Season to taste.
good for gastric bypass post ops. depending on what week you are on you may want to mash up beans.
