CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE

Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp
    Sunflower Oil, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp

Directions

in saucepan put the oil, water, cocoa & cinnamon. Let thi come to the boil. REMOVE FROM HEAT!!. add sugar, mix well to dissolve, then add in flour (sifted!) mix well, add eggs, mix well, add soda mix REALY well. put into a floured & greased baking tray thinner cake = 15" x 12", thicker cake = 14" x 11" (standard baking trays)
for 30 - 35mins at 350F, 180C.

for 50g pieces cut into 24, however, you can make it better for you by cutting it into 25g pieces!!!
