Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup splenda
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup applesauce
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas, about 3
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
half a box of raisins (snack sized)
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Stir wet in to dry and add almonds and raisins.(Reserving some almonds to sprinkle on top of loaf.)
Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55-57 minutes.
