IntroductionJust to add a homemade BLT for meal tracking. Just to add a homemade BLT for meal tracking.
3 slices bacon, cooked & drained
2 slices white bread, toasted
1 TBS mayo
1 slice tomato
1 slice onion
1 leaf romaine lettuce
Build the sandwich - cut in half - put 1/2 into a ziplock for another meal.
Layer items as you like - salt & pepper the tomato if desired. Cut in half & put 1/2 into a baggie for another meal.
