Ham Whole Wheat Pasta Salad

Introduction

Ingredients

    5 cups Heartland Whole Wheat pasta Penne Rigate, dry
    1/2 cup Quartered Artichoke Hearts, chopped
    18 small black olives, sliced
    2 tbsp capers, chopped
    2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
    2/3 cup frozen early petite peas, thawed
    4 ounces diced ham, 96% fat free
    6 tbsp Kraft Light Done Right Golden Caeser Dressing

Directions

Boil water and cook pasta until al dente. Rinse and drain. Add chopped artichoke hearts, chopped black olives, chopped capers, chopped chives and diced hams. Mix with 6 tbsp of Light Caeser dressing. Fold in the thawed petite peas. Makes 8 - 1 cup servings
