Ingredients

    2-3 frozen chicken tenderloin strips
    A couple pinches of salt
    A couple pinches of pepper
A couple pinches of any mixed seasoning you'd like (I prefer Emeril's Southwest Seasoning)
2 tbsp. of grated parmesan cheese
2 medium slices of tomato, chopped
2 medium slices of onion, chopped
    0.5 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

While the oven preheats, take a small baking pan and line it with aluminum foil. This makes for an easy cleanup.

Place the frozen chicken strips and the onions in the pan and season them with the salt, pepper, and your choice of the seasoning mix.

When the oven is done preheating, put the chicken strips in the oven for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, take the pan out and add half of the grated parmesan cheese on one side of the chicken pieces and then turn them over using tongs and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the other side. Add the tomatoes to the pan and sprinkle everything with the olive oil.

Put the chicken back into the oven for 10 more minutes.

After 10 minutes, take the chicken out of the oven. Plate and serve.

Remember, those calories include your protein, fat, and a vegetable. Enjoy!
