    21 OZ. [2 1/2 CUPS] YELLOW SQUASH-THINLY SLICED
    2 OZ. CHOPPED ONIONS
    2 OZ. CHOPPED RED PEPPERS
    2 OZ. CHOPPED GREEN PEPPERS
    4 OZ.[HALF TUB] WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
    1 1/2 C. SHREDDED PIZZA CHEESE [ MOZZ. AND CHEDDAR]
    2 TBS. PLAIN BREAD CRUMBS
    7 OZ. HONEYSUCKLE WHITE ITALIAN STYLE GROUND TURKEY
    SALT/PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. PARBOIL SQUASH, DRAIN AND SET ASIDE . BROWN TURKEY. PUT TURKEY, SQUASH, PEPPERS, ONIONS,CREAM CHEESE, PIZZA CHEESE INTO A 9X13 DISH. BLEND ALL TOGETHER. COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE 30 MINUTES ON 350. THEN REMOVE FOIL AND SPRINKLE WITH BREAD CRUMBS AND BAKE 10 MINUTES LONGER. ENJOY.
