Granny's Cheddar Broccoli Quiche

Introduction

This is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.... This is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner....
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 - 9 inch frozen pie crust
    1 cup 2% milk
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 cup frozen broccoli florets
    1 Tbs chopped onion

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine milk, eggs and pepper. Layer cheese, broccoli and onion in the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese mixture. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes, cut into wedges. Makes 6 wedges.
*I cut this into 8 wedges.
You can add ham, chicken or any other meat if you desire. You can also use your choice of cheeses.
