Tangy Jerk Pork Chops

Introduction

Yummy, tangy, flavorful! Yummy, tangy, flavorful!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 medium or thick cut loin cut chops
    1 T lemon juice (more or less, to taste)
    1/2 T olive oil (more or less, just enough to rub into surface of meat)
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 T jerk seasoning

Directions

I like to cook with the More or Less method - a little this, a little that, but this is pretty easy. As long as you don't go overboard the amounts should be fine.

Drizzle liquids over chops, rub into surface.
Sprinkle with jerk seasoning - more or less according to your taste and the level of heat you like!

Let marinate in fridge at least 20 minutes, or all day if you like.

Grill about 5-7 minutes on each side.
