Garlic Ginger Tofu

Introduction

I like to add mixed veggies and serve over brown rice for a complete lunch! I like to add mixed veggies and serve over brown rice for a complete lunch!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 block of Firm Tofu
    2 tbsp Tamari (soy sauce)
    1 tsp ground ginger
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 tbsp Olive Oil
    Juice of one lime

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic and ginger and saute until golden. Add tofu and tamari. Stir, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Add juice of lime when done.
