Baked Chicken Parmesan

    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
    Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce, 3 cup (remove)
    Egg white, 1 serving (remove)
    Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, .5 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)


Combine 1 tsp water and egg whites in a shallow bowl. Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese; stir well. Dip chicken in egg white mixture, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture.

Place chicken on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray, and broil 5 minutes on each side or until browned. Set chicken aside.

Spread half of spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Arrange chicken over sauce; top with half of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers with remaining sauce, chicken, and cheese.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with pasta.
