Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 cups of field greens
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup Mandarin oranges (canned & drained)
    4 small (1" dia) strawberries (sliced)
    1/10 cup Leeks chopped
    1 serving Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing (reduced fat)

Directions

Put all ingredients together in a bowl, toss and serve on 2 plates.
