Ground Turkey "Lobster" Sauce

Introduction

Similar to the lobster sauce you might find in a Chinese restaurant, only MUCH healthier! Similar to the lobster sauce you might find in a Chinese restaurant, only MUCH healthier!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups white rice (uncooked)
    1lb ground turkey
    2 tbs corn starch
    1 can beef broth (low fat/low sodium)
    1 onion
    1 pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    any seasoning you want that you like with turkey!

Directions

Cook 2 cups of rice according to the package.
Chop onions and peppers and start to cook those. When the onions and peppers are cooked to desired doneness add turkey and cook until browned.
Start the beef broth in a cold pot and add two tablespoons of corn starch. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring. When everything is done, put some rice on the plate and top with the "lobster" sauce! Makes 4 cups of rice and sauce to top it. Add any of your favorite vegetables for added color and flavor!
